Can I ship my gift directly to someone else?

Of course! Your item can be shipped to anyone. If it is an in-stock item, we may be able to wrap it and include a gift message as well. Shoot us an email if you have questions about gift-wrapping a drop-shipped item.
Q: Return Policy
What is your return policy?

Because of the hand-made nature of our products, returns are only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects or quality issues. Some product returns will need to be done directly with the manufacturer, and others with us. Please contact us immediately if you have any concerns about your products!

My products came today, but some are missing. Where are they?

Because some of our products are shipped directly from the mom-ufacturer, often items will come in separate packages. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us!
Q: Shipping Times
When will my products be shipped?
A:
In stock products will ship on Mondays and Wednesdays, and occassionally more often than that!
Other products are shipped directly from our mom-ufacturers, and will ship at their specified times. Shipping times vary from 3 days to 7-10 days, depending.
